Did you look at YouTube Analytics? It should give you some idea in the Traffic Sources report.

Apparently 81% of views was suggested video, spiked around April 14th, 2012 up to a peak around July 22nd, 2012 then plummeted. But it spiked again but not as much around January 16th, 2013 through March 16th then plummeted to standard levels again. Also, the video is only 3 and a half minutes long with a retention of 47%.

My most viewed at least, "Temple of Gravity" somehow got 425K views two years ago.
Seems to random. The followup, "Temple of Gravity v2 - Bigger and Better" with better content and editing only got 26k :/

They no longer collect views though, which are now mainly my successful "misheard reversed lyrics".

My most "viral" video right now is "SkullGirls Encore: Fukua vs Fukua Madness" which has 522 views for my new channel. For my old channel it's "Tatsunoko vs Capcom Frank West Supers" which generates about 10 views a day and has almost 50000 views.
