Your account has been disabled for monetization

Hello

2 days ago I created a YouTube channel and today I received an email from YouTube says that my account has been disabled for monetization. My channel have ZERO videos. I didn't upload anything yet!!
How to fix this?

Looking at your screenshot, I see that you have used the GTA 5 name, and the image in your channel avatar.

It is possible that GTA or YouTube have picked up on this (through an automated algorithm) and have blocked your monetization, as they may have the fear that you will copy the videos or use their gaming videos, which they may not like.

The best thing to do would be to start up a new channel, and brand it as something different. Even if you wanted to make a gaming channel, create your own brand. That way, when users talk about your videos, they know exactly which channel they are talking about.
 
Remove all GTA Images and any names relating to GTA and see if it gets re-enabled. :) Although I'm not sure how long it would take to re-enable it..
 
If I'm going to assume, I would say you've had your monetization disabled before on another account(s) or your AdSense account was disabled in the past. Any of that true?
