You Tube Help

Can someone do me a favor. Go to my channel and tell me if the thumbnail for "how to make a delicious dinner" is a custom thumbnail that looks like the others. For some reason I'm not seeing the custom thumbnail even though I've uploaded it. It's driving me nuts. I'm pretty sure it's a cookie issue on my computer but I've cleared my cookies and I still don't see the custom thumbnail. Thanks for your help!

Matt

I checked - it is like the others. Sometimes it takes time for the system to update and it actually may never update the thumbnails in the video manager (I still have some videos with missing thumbnails there).

BTW I am very busy lately but I just noticed that one of your last movies is again in the 4-digit numbers. Good job! :):up2:

Yeah, Facebook, paid promotions to bloggers. I shortcut the process a little because I've got a few friends with a big reach who were kind enough to promote for me.

Often it has updated on the server, but it's your browser that's showing the old version from its cache. Pressing F5 will force your browser to refresh with the latest version.

Were they bloggers?? I am looking for more ways to get out there (aren't we all) but I was curious to which platforms you got blasted on by some bigger bloggers, youtubers, and what not.

Yes, I had several bloggers that have a reach of 50K plus talk about Kaylee Bug Tv and I had one YouTube channel with 100K + subs share one of the videos. The bloggers I knew personally. The YouTuber was someone I reached out to to see if they would do a paid promotion. I got a friendly email back saying they didn't do paid promotions but that they thought my videos were really good and then they just shared one which was super nice of them.

So the platforms were blogs and YouTube channels. I also promoted the heck out of everything on my own social media. I don't have a really big reach but my girlfriend has shared most of my posts on her Facebook pages. She's got around 9k friends/likes on Facebook so I know that helped a bunch.
