Well I don't know how much that will affect me, since my channel is fairly new! Hopefully we'll all be okay! ^_^
 
Its not all that bad, yes sub numbers may go down but at least you have a better idea of who is actively watching your films.
 
I've only been around for a year and I've had to work hard to where I've gotten. I have noticed a slight drop in views (but I think that's because I haven't uploaded as consitently).
I know that some people really want rid of thier inactive subs, but I've worked so hard to get just to 400 D:
