Yet another quick question...

Likes are more important than views.

it means that your content created enough emotion in your viewer that he or she interacted with you. Youtube loves that.
the like might end up on the viewers social networks, showing he or she liked it. You love that.

so a video with alot of likes, dislikes and comments will always beat a video without in search results.
 
Likes are a form of interaction and an interactive audience makes your videos look like they're enjoyed more, which puts you higher in search.
 
I`m glad you asked this question because i was thinking the same thing. Getting views is important but also is getting likes. I made 2 videos and both got about 10 dislikes taking over the likes. I had over 200 views on one video but seeing those dislikes made me sad and deleted all my videos. It wouldn`t look good for you getting many dislikes so getting likes is very important for both you and viewers.
 
If you get many likes and views along with other things you have a higher chance to place your video in a higher position in the youtube search
