Xvinity Network? Anyone heard of them.

OzTalksHw

I Love YTtalk
So, I got an invite to a network (I know it's not from the network themselves -- but still).
Has anyone heard of them? People said that they're a newer network when I googled them and offer a 70/30 split with a $3-10 CPM.

I'm not looking to network now but it's good for future reference.

alright.

200 views per day (or close!)
The youtuber who sent this to me has like no views daily, whatsoever. I mean, on avg I have about 300 views on videos but that's mostly because of two-three videos with 600+ plus views. My views are all over the place. Some are under 100, some definitely meet the requirements of 250+

Is that a good CPM? They said it was high? The split seems reasonable though.

Their forum and website/chat seems pretty dead -- also the fact that they were made around the beginning of summer sorta scares me as well (inferring that they did). The staff seems nice and knowledgeable because most of them seem to be in the field of business and management for about 5-10 years now (and they have channels).

I'm just not sure if it's safe or not -- new to networking and what not. I've never seen an invite message so Idk how this one differs to other reptuable networks like RPM or Fullscreen.

I have no knowledge of that network but with any message, it is good to analyze it.

These channels that send you the messages are only set up to recruit you. When they get banned for spamming, they just make up another account.

The CPM statement is pretty broad, isn't it? Between $3-$10. They said that they browsed your content. Then they should have an idea how much you would earn. Of course, you're looking at the $10 mark and it is quite likely that you could get $3. That's a huge difference and they are just being safe.

70/30 seems fair enough for your channel but they didn't mention for how long. 1 year? 2? 3?

All this talk about dashboards. You can see that information yourself in Analytics. On that note, are they going to disable your access to your Estimated Earnings on YouTube? That is very important for you to know how much your channel is actually earning so that you can make sure that they are only keeping the agreed upon percentage.

I have found network forums to not be of any significant benefit. In my case, it has zero benefit to me.

They mention that you get a 'chance' to be promoted on their website. If their website has no traffic, you get no benefit.

I would not recommend joining a network until you get much larger. In my opinion, the reason that so many new networks are popping up is that knowledgeable people are trying to create an additional income stream for themselves by getting a piece of other creators.

So far, I don't see them giving you enough benefits to justify them getting a cut.

I just feel like they're pre mature right now, and although I don't wanna join a network for another ~150+ subs and about 100+ more views daily, this is a good starting point to start learning. They did miss a lot of things and before I blow them off, I'll ask them all these questions using their contact form.
Thanks xD
I haven't and no one else will since they are new.

Edit: Seem to be with Forela Digital.
Forela doesn't ring a bell, do you know anything about them?

It seems to me that the networks use YTTalk as a source to find channels. Otherwise, how would they even find somebody with only a few dozen subs (no offense).
I honestly don't know, but I think this is true xD. I've seen a ton of network invites of channels with sub 100 subs. Weird -- Yttalk has a big community so inviting people from here is a lot easier than scavenging the whole YouTube community.

Forela is a major MCN that was once a part of ZoominTV. They have since separated into their own MCN though. They have very few direct partners. They are basically in the business of getting tons of sub networks to do the recruiting, because that is all most of the sub networks of Forela are. They are just recruitment "companies". Xvinity specifically is one of their smallest networks. If you go to their forums, you can tell that their are near no threads, and the ones their are mostly by staff. The $3-10 CPM could mean a lot of things. Make sure to ask if that is gross or after that split. I have above a $10 gross CPM, so that is not that great. 70/30 has become the industry standard on YouTube for smaller channels, so that is pretty normal. Most likely the contract will be identical to every other Forela Digital contract. I believe these are 2 years with a 70/30 by default. I have heard of CPMs from literally $1 all the way to $15 with Forela. It seems to be very random, but that is due to the wide range of partners. Personally, I would never partner with such a new unexperienced network. They may be a viable option in the future, but not now.

Yes. A lot of networks recruit from here - especially the small sub-networks.
