Xsplit Help

Right, so yesterday, I attempted to start recording some game play via Xsplit, I've updated and changed passwords yet I cannot do any local recording (The option isn't there and the key command doesn't work). Also, when I go to close the program, an error message saying something along the lines of "unable to synchronize your profile with the server".

Has anyone else had this issue?

Delete xsplit and download obs. Helped me out immensely.

The servers were hacked recently. The program refuse to work properly until you've changed the password.
