Ofcourse there is, The public just love to be mean to Miley because thats the popstar shes become, Same thing they did with Amy Whinehouse. It happens too all pop stars eventually. Even someone like Cher who has had a number 1 in the charts every decade since she started, now that shes going a bit people are mean :( Oh well, I like this song. Even about to upload a dance demo for it :3 I work fast XD

But, being inoffensive for the sake of not wanting to rub people the wrong way is just as bad as the other way around.

I don't know. It all just becomes a big joke to me after a while. She can't be expected to be taken seriously, when you know the mass audience, isn't going to take it seriously.

Even if she didn't do those things there would have been a tidal wave of media saying "Shocking" She didn't do anything bad! What is wrong with her!? Is she turning a new leaf???? lol
