Wouldn't mind a channel review!

Well, I really love your content, you sound like you know what you do, and your voice is perfect for the gameplays ! You sound professional. But on the design part, well, I'm a designer, so here I can critic. It doesn't look very professional, and I don't believe it works with your channel's content. You may contact me here, or on skype : robert_black_angel , if you are looking for a desigenr ^^ ! But as I said , your videos are great !
 
Like your content. Love your voice. So awesome. What mic are you using btw? Such clear, very voice, wow. Anyways, other things to note:
- Banner looks a bit blurry. Could fix that.
- Thumbnails look a little...bland? Could use some more effects like nice fonts/strokes/gradients/anything that is appealing to the eyes. You can also take Skroll's advice.
Other than that, everything looks good :)

The mic is a Blue Yeti. I'm planning on getting some new high quality channel art - what's there is just a placeholder atm. Thanks for the feedback!
