There's a World of Warcraft Gamer that does this. Nobbel87. He includes pictures from comics, videos, gameplay footage, etc. etc. I would say if you plan on doing this, use every form of media you have at hand.

But yes, I would watch it, if it's a game I'm interested in. As I watch Nobbel

Ok the game I'm doing, it doesn't really have too many comics at least not ones that would be suitable for a lore series at all, so it pretty much would be just gameplay while I explain the lore. The prologue will instead in all different pictures though.
