Hey man, right off the bat, I'd suggest that you tidy up your main page by adding a channel trailer (or just feature one of your videos), and some playlists. It really helps give your channel a professional feel

I know nothing about the kinds of videos you do, So I'll just say stuff about what I know!
I agree, You should add a few little playlists, or more of those sections like 'Most popular uploads'
, It will give your channel more depth!
I really like your channel banner, But.. Maybe you should make your icon background the same blue colour as on your banner??
Apart from that, Everything looks pretty good!

Im going to start off with the negatives so we can end this post on a a high! 
Like stated above you should try and bulk up your home page a little by implementing those extra video lists like "Playlists" "Popular" and maybe even videos you have "liked" just to sort of bulk up your home page a little!
Your thumbnails are plain and simple and that is really good you dont want to try and over complicate them and make them look a mess I would just say that like the Outplay #7 Lee Sin Thumbnail it is pretty hard to read the text on it due to it being small so making text you want people to see on your thumbnails to be more visibile would be a big help.
Now the Positives!
You make short bitesize videos of moments from League of Legends which really the only way to go as people dont really enjoy watching whole hour long matches so I would continue with that! Your channel art and Avatar are really good and make it look like you have put effort into them which might lead some people to watch your videos in the hope that they are well made as well.
All in all just keep uploading be consistent enjoy it and in time people will follow
