Would love some Channel Feedback

Hey Guys!

I've been active on YouTube for about two months with my own gaming channel, and would love to get some really critical feedback on how to make it just that bit better :) On overage I get like 5 views per video, which isn't that much, but seeing that I've got 12 subs, you can't expect a lot either.
Right now I'm having a hard time with my Minecraft Survival Series, as I don't really know any more what to build next.
Also, I'm planning on starting a new series in the coming few weeks, MotoGP 15 career mode. Do you think that would be a cool game to play??

So in short, any kind of critisism that you have, bring it on!

Love,
Yvette

Add information about your upload schedule into the banner.
Use the trailer title for a welcome message or call to subscribe.
Logo, banner and thumbnails should follow the same design for a strong branding.
Don't re-use thumbnail images but find something catchy for exactly this video.
Start your titles with a catch phrase.
Begin your videos with a teaser before the intro.
Intro is too long. Make it 5 second max (even shorter is better).
Use a facecam. It's one of the few things gamers can do to add individuality.
Use an interactive end card to lead viewers to other videos of yours.

It would be cool if you returned the favour by answering my own review request: http://yttalk.com/threads/review-of-my-pet-channel-review-video.183941/
