Would it be better to upload longer 30 min videos or 15 min videos?

Like everyone else have said, 15-20mins is golden. Though most of my Let's Play episodes goes to 20-25mins, but still, i feel comfy and i feel that i've got the momentum to keep it up. Also it's about finding a GOOD SPOT to end an episode aswell as trying to fit it into a timeframe. It feels kinda stupid to end an episode in the middle of a giant puzzle (like in my ongoing Darksiders let's play) just because the episode is getting "long". Then i'd recommend to just finish what you were doing and then end the episode right away afterwards, even if it goes over 20-25mins in length. As long as you don't do it for EVERY episode you should be fine ;)
 
A person's attention span is somewhere between 5 to 12 minutes. So I would actually go for 10 minute videos... although it IS very important to find a good cutoff point. Try to cut it at a cliffhanger so that people will have to watch your next video to find out what happens =P
