Would it be better to upload longer 30 min videos or 15 min videos?

I agree with voltage a 30min let's play is way too long. The good thing about 15min videos it's easier for your audience to watch your videos in one sitting instead of having to find your video again if they don't have time to watch a 30min video. This is a big pain especially if you have a small channel.

Noted, would 20 min be ok? because that's the smallest I can get some of these parts for my Dark Souls LP.. I mean is that borderline or is that an ok size for videos?
 
20 minutes is reasonable, but try getting somewhere between 15 and 20. Like around 17 or 18.

Its just 5min more I don't think it would hurt anything. In fact go for 25 minutes if you want. If your cutting too much out and your videos and you think they are on the bare bones side then its okay to have a couple of 30min videos as long as you don't make it that long for every video.

ok, thanks for the info guys... so I only do >20 min if I feel that the vid is bare-bones and needs some meat to it.
 
If you provide pples with quality content and you actually can entertain pples in 30 minutes then its no problem ;) But for a gameplay, 20 minutes is more then enuf ;) If yu do 30 minutes then pples will click it away after a while :( Hope this helped (i did research ;) and i tested it myself) XDDDDDDDDDDDDD
