Worth recording older games?

Why not? YouTube primarily should be about what you enjoy. Just cause there's a lot of it on YT doesn't mean everyone's seen it, doesn't want to see it from another's perspective....etc.

Good point, thanks for the reply.
No problem!

From my perspective an old game doesn't necessarily mean = no one wants the s**t.
As an example I watch jacksepticeye somewhat regularly, and one of my favorite walkthroughs that he did was Spyro, a game that's a billion friggin years old. lol.

Sure it is! There's still an audience for it. Just don't expect to grow quickly by doing older games. As said above though, Youtube is about broadcasting what you enjoy there is people that like the same things.

There's plenty of old games that have little or outdated content, and plenty of nostalgics that can't wait to remember the old times, so I'd say it's worth it.

It depends, I mean you could get a very loyal following If you can reach out to people who love these older games but I think It would be harder to get exposure at the start due to not as many people searching for that game

Do you think it is worth recording older games, games that already have multiple playthroughs on YouTube?

Every game that is older than a week and not an indie game has multiple playthroughs on YouTube. If you are passionate about old games, play them ! You will never be the first if you do something related to gaming, but you very well could be the best. So do what you like. Older games are probably a good start, because of smaller communitys you can get into easier.
I wish you luck.
