Work Hard or Work Smart?

Wish I knew how smart worked. I don't romanticize hard work anymore. I think I've had about 3 hours of sleep between 22-26 given how much I kill myself to get animation done. I'm commonly on edge and ready to put my fist through the screen.

Also lots of cussing, lots. Haha. I'm gonna take a break in Feb until May-find my balance again.

Edit: Gosh that got negative, I think a lot of regretful things I'm doing online are tying to my birthday tomorrow, haha. I've found I'm happiest with a balance of realistic (or non-existent) deadlines and forcing myself to have a "clock in clock out" style schedule where I must stop working at a certain point no matter what.

We should work hard to improve the quality of our content. Work smart refers to writing correct description with correct titles and tags. Promotion should be done smartly as well. So I will go for both

Just WORK. Work smart sounds great in theory but too many times it can result in indecision and too much planning and not getting anything done. The old Thomas Edison quote "Genius is 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration" applies to many things and YouTube is one of them.
