Wondershare Video Editor Not Working Any More...

Basically, I bought the video editor about a month ago, according to my email history, and it was working fine until yesterday, now it seems it doesn't work whatsoever. No matter what video I put in there and what I try to do, the editor runs so impossibly slow, it gets a "not-responding" message between every single thing I try to do and it makes it impossible to edit anything.

Like I said, it worked fine before that, and I tried reinstalling it and it still doesn't work. I tried putting the video into Movie Maker and it ran fine there, so it's nothing wrong with that.

Any ideas? I feel like if I spend $50 on a damn video editor I should be able to use the thing whenever I want, for more than a month.[DOUBLEPOST=1401873858,1401873347][/DOUBLEPOST]Great, I even restarted my computer, causing me to lose like 10 Firefox tabs and have to go and downgrade it again (because any time I open it it automatically "upgrades" to the new version, which is a broken, ugly mess), and it still doesn't work.

God damn it.[DOUBLEPOST=1401875056][/DOUBLEPOST]If anyone who's good with search engines could help me, that would be great. I've searched for this with a hundred different phrases and can't find the issue at all.
 
All right, I'm not sure what the issue was, but resolving it was really weird. The video must have been part of the issue somehow, because no matter what, I can't edit that video properly, but before when I tried I had the same problem with all videos, but now it's just that one. Maybe the general issue was fixed when I restarted but that video was still a problem.

Basically to edit that video now, I just put the file into Windows Movie Maker and exported it, I'm not sure if that will effect the quality at all, but it seems unavoidable anyway.

Sorry I was ranting a bit in the original post, I had to get up early in the morning and spent an hour unsuccessfully trying to edit the video or fix the editor, so to say I was a little angry is an understatement.
