I never liked Movie Maker, had too many problems with it.
I started with iMovie. Completely seamless with 0 issues. So easy to use.
I then moved on to Final Cut Pro X, which is what I use to this day. Love it!

Eww, movie maker is terrible . Sony vegas pro is the best. It's actually not that hard when you figure it out

I have Windows Movie Maker. I like it because its simple--and free! It came with the laptop. It does freeze up alot when you move from the storyboard to the clips, especially if they're animated. So another requirement for it is patience.
