Will i get paid for the views before my video got blocked?

I got about 100,000 views in like 16 hours then it got blocked, will i get paid for those views?

if you don't have full rights to the video then no, because you don't own full rights to it.
if you do own full rights i actually don't know

The video was monetized until it got blocked, i didnt have full rights to it but i dont on a few other videos yet i still make money off them.

Sounds like you shouldn't have been making money from them in the first place...in that case I doubt they'll honor the monetized views, but I could be wrong.
