Alright I have to say so far you've done a good job but no one can determine who will become big or who will stay small currently your thumbnails are good, you have a good number of views and your subscribers are active which is fantastic
. However there is one glaring problem your speaking now I'm not trying to offend you but when you speak your words either become hard to understand or you jumble up the words. Now this can be a major turn off for anyone someone who they can;t understand they will not bother to watch and that causes dislikes, and less viewers.
Another thing is your banner/channel are the background is fine ts the words and minecraft skin that get in the way the skins have this unattractive white, block-ish outline that distracts people. Along with your channel name in the middle now you want to have your name in the channel are but it needs to fit the text looks weird in the picture like it doesn't belong there a cool site for nice and customize-able fonts is cooltext.com.
So you are doing well but practice your speaking skills make a list of words and repeat them until you can say them near perfectly or perfect and keep doing that talk more so you can improve overall, or write a script so you don't have to stumble when you forget something.
For the banner either do it yourself or ask some one on the forums to do it for you
