why the numbers of subscribers are shown different?(pic attached)

i have 168 subscriber in one month since i started channel but the numbers of subscribers shown in top and bottom of page is very apart from each other. When i open dashboard , at the top there is 168 subscribers but in analytics there are just 91 . more strange is that the analytics is showing 91 subscribers since 3 days where are many subscribers are being added such as my friends. so what is the rule of counting subscribers ? please tell help me.subcriver.JPG

Maybe you haven´t got any new subscribers in the last 3 days ?
Your graph looks like you did, so it just didn´t update quickly enough. Analytics normally takes 2-4 days to process all the data, then it shows you. Some graphs (like the "last 48 hours" and "last 28 days") show you with almost no delay, but are pretty unreliable (youtube hasn´t filtered the bot-views out etc..
So basically the higher number is most likely the newer one but unreliable since youtube didn´t check if these are bots / paid subs etc.
 
Give 24 - 48 hours for the "real" numbers to show up. Also try to increase the date range. YT reads analytics a bit weird so you'll usually see different numbers in areas.
 
Youtube will calculate it soon they are just slow at doing anything realtime sort of thing. Like remember the 301+ view thing youtube used to have? Well thats the same they was calculating the video views and after a day or 2 they show up
