i have enable skippable video ads , so this means that ads only will be before video or after video and ads will be showed often . if intercessor watch my video he will see that my video dont have ads cuz i have disable overlay ads and sponsored cards , and ads before video will be showed very often, so what do you think ?

I'm sorry, theres nothing else i can really explain, you can't upload copyrighted content no matter how much you try to hide the ads.
I don't know what an "intercessor" is im sorry.

So, here's the issue:

all of this is definitely copyright infringement; all of this is definitely illegal.

What you are seeing, however, is not every copyrighted work is in content ID, so not everything is automatically detected by YouTube. Every video isn't taken down because it would require the copyright holder to find the video on their own and submit a manual takedown notice...chances are, they simply haven't found those people yet.

So, you can't guarantee that you won't receive copyright strikes, because the copyright holders could find the videos at any time. Just because a video has been up for 5 years doesn't mean that it couldn't get taken down in the future.

i will still try enable monetization i going to risk but maybe i;m luck ) per video earning a lot of money;

maybe my video wont find example 1 years ?
