Why is my channel not getting bigger?

just give it time, the only thing you can do is keep doing what you are doing and have fun your channel will grow :)

The moment I clicked your channel you have more subs than me and your videos are doing quite well. I don't see the issue really unless your trying to make 1 million viewed videos over night.

unless you have been stuck at 381 subs for months then yea i think you have an issue and need to fix it so you can grow, but if your gaining like a sub a day or every other day than thats natural for people under 1k

Your videos are good; however, you're posting videos in a tough market to get into. I started posting on Call of Duty and quickly found out that I wasn't going to grow fast there. Even if I made better videos, that market is flooded with great YouTubers.

I found another market to post videos on. YouTube is all about finding a niche and bringing information and/or entertainment to that particular market. I got a bit lucky to start posting on a particular game first and have owned the YouTube searches and suggested videos for that game.

It wasn't until recently that anyone else had more than 1k subs posting on the same game I post on. I know the other content creators are having to work twice as hard to grow at the same pace I do, and it's not because I'm making videos that are better, but that I got the suggested videos and I rank higher on the search results.

The one CoD video that got more than a handful of views, got 500 in the first day. It was not a great video, but when searched for the latest update at the time, it was first for a day. My gateway videos aren't my best and some are simply sub par; however, they all are videos that where tagged and titled to maximize searches.

Just keep working on getting better, post regularly, and always be looking for an opportunity to post something first.

The road to 1000 subscribers is a rough one, and once you pass that it's usually smooth sailing for MOST gaming channels. A mate of mine (Well, old mate) hit 10k, and then went to 19k in 2 weeks.

So I'm assuming that once you past that golden 1000 it should be smoother sailing.

That's because it's true :P I watched a guy go from 500 subscribers to 1000, that took him almost a year. As soon as he hit 1000, his channel blew up haha xD

He did have amazing content the whole time, but it seemed that no one saw it until he hit 1000
