It doesn't help that there's so many people creating their own networks (no offense Atlin or others who have) and giving anyone a partnership no matter how many subs. Whilst I understand it can help them get noticed, they often don't have the experience to manage their own channel properly let alone provide regular videos for a network. This is why so many complain about not being paid or not having partner functions to the little networks and puts them under a lot of stress.
