Why I'm not getting feedback? likes/comments/subs?

I'm getting quite a lot views from youtube search/suggested videos/... considering it's my first video on this channel but I'm not getting any likes/comments/subs. I even put an annotation in the video saying that likes/subs are appriciated and asking for feedback on the video.
Viewtime of the video is also decent, so they don't just open it and click away again:

Just ask if you need the video, I didn't post it cus don't want to use this as free advertising
And yes I know I'm lucky getting such good stats for a first video.

This is normal and it really comes down to the fact that each viewer is an individual person, and that you've had the unfortunate luck of receiving no feedback. All channels will ask for likes, views, subs etc but even if you remind people its not guaranteed. I would say that whatever you posted didn't really give your audience enough of a reason to comment, other might of enjoyed a video but never actually clicked the like button, and they are not sure whether they want to sub to you it just takes some time eventually it will happen but usually early on you're not going to get many comments, or to many likes. Over time you'll get the subs and soon enough you'll get that feedback you desired

hey where did you get all of those stats? that's really neat. i feel your pain though. my tutorials get the most views, and i think once people get what they wanted out of the video they're done, and they don't bother to checkout the other content i have on my channel. when you find the answer to your question let me know

I have the same problem. Everyone has their own personality. I think most people love to watch and move on to the next. They are too lazy to hit the like bottom or add a comment or they are not signed in. JUst try to do your thing and keep it up stay positive friend

I wouldn't worry, I'm pretty much in the same boat at the moment.

Just concentrate on bringing out the best possible content that you can! Put it all out there, and in time it will no doubt reach the right person who wants to comment and give you feedback.

I'm in the same boat. It's especially awkward when I do a topic about something people love or hate and ask for comments and encourage them to agree or disagree and..... Nothing.
