I've Got It
I get relatively good amount of views per day like 40views and I have just started. My problem is why the people that views my video don't subscribe? Do my videos suck?
views are good too![DOUBLEPOST=1401707343,1401707259][/DOUBLEPOST]
YouTube doesn't work like that, not every viewer is going to subscribe. Some people stumble across it, or some people just aren't interested. Don't be disheartened by your sub count, make videos because you enjoy it. Otherwise you'll burn out and lose motivation. Keep going dude! <3

motivation
keep your chin upThere are a million and 1 reasons why people may not sub to a channel xD. Anything from they're too lazy to they found something in the suggested videos.
A good way to determine whether it's because of you is for example your analytics, did they watch the video all the way through? Or even Where are the views coming from?
Don't take it personallyviews are good too![DOUBLEPOST=1401707343,1401707259][/DOUBLEPOST]

That's a pretty good retention rate! I'd say they're just disinterested or found something else in the suggested barSo what do you think of a video with average view duration of 1:17 (59%) and the whole video is 2:05minutes
probably no fault of yours
just keep uploading and subs will come
Mate, the socialblade predictions aren't reliable at all. When I started my channel (FaptainObvious) I was told that I wouldn't hit 100 subscribers until 2025. I hit 400 in just over 3 months. So what do you think of a video with average view duration of 1:17 (59%) and the whole video is 2:05minutes[DOUBLEPOST=1401708032][/DOUBLEPOST]
Thanks! I am just worried because of the future projections of my channel on social blade. It says that at 2018 I will still have 6subs and get 20k views of course this is just predictions and just on the current videos but I think that there is something wrong
I wouldn't say they suck, but then again, views don't mean subscribers. We all make different types of content and earn subs at different rates. I would defiantly say you need to work on stuttering in front of the camera a bit, but your not bad. My probably really bad diagnosis as to why you are getting very little subscribers is because there are many people who don't subscribe to tech channels. I know when I'm looking something up about a product I will usually just search something up, find a video, watch it, then leave. You definitely give interesting information, but you need a way to make the viewer want to come back. For Lets Players it's screaming, or being weird on camera, For me and other reviewers it's have pretty effects fly all over the screen. for you, you just need to find something that will make the viewer want to come back. If I were you though, I would take my advice with a grain of salt as I'm no professional either.
[DOUBLEPOST=1401708647][/DOUBLEPOST]Your videos are great, but reasons vary, so you can't pinpoint the exact reason why. I will say that you should just keep making videos, and not worry too much about subscribers, eventually people will subscribe! EDIT: I also forgot to say that especially with tech videos, people watch them usually for something specific, say you're reviewing a Nintendo 3DS, people just watch that single video of the 3DS, then leave, because they're not interested in other tech, see where I'm getting at? But I'm sure you know who Marques Brownlee is, he has over a million subscribers and he makes tech videos also, so like I said before, it can be a multitude of reasons.

Tobuscus get's over a million people watch his vid's but he probably only get's a thousand subs from it, what i'm saying is every 1000 views you get for example you might only get 1 sub, just comes down to who wants to see more of what you have to share, i'm sure you don't subscribe to everyone you watch on youtube
Keep going bro! And your video's are fine, the right people just haven't seen you yet!
