Why have i got no subs!?

Getting subscribers is a grind. It can be very difficult. To put it into perspective, my channel is actually over 8 years old, and 75% of my subscribers are either friends, family, or probably left over from before I changed my format about a year ago. I had about 100, then when I turned the channel into GameSchwa, it went down almost immediately to just over 50, and now it's at 64. You just have to get out on forums, socialize with other youtubers, and try to promote your videos in as many places as you can manage, while trying to not sound like you're begging for views (that part is pretty hard).
Also, as a side note, when I click on your channel link, it says the channel doesn't exist.

Your channel link isn't working! The keys to getting subscribers are, good quality, regular uploading(persistance) etc.

It's not at all unusual to not have subs in your first week on youtube, I know I didn't have any.

It takes more than a week to start getting subs though.
Your channel description is reasonable.
Your video descriptions are reasonable but maybe more keywords within it?
Maybe you need better and more direct tags?
Also, I'd consider working on your banner and thumbnails to make them more appealing!

Grinding up your first 100 subscribers is by far the HARDEST part of being a YouTuber. And you've only been at this for a week, yeah? Don't worry. It takes some time. They'll come eventually.

All I gotta say is that time is patience, if you work hard enough and make great videos the subs will show up, but as of right now just do the videos and do a lot of promoting and don't worry about the views or subs, just do what makes you happy
