Why does my sub count say 102 but it for others it says 98??

So my sub count for me says 102 but for others it says 98? Whats going on!!!

Problem with Youtube's API so they're not updating. You have to wait for a fix.

Yes, you do have them, to everyone else its what it was on 11th February or something.
