Why does my channel say it doesn't exist

Hello everybody. Hope your having a nice day. I need some assistance I started a youtube channel a few weeks back, and been trying to build a community. But everyone says my channel doesn't exists I have videos, and my friends have subscribed so it's out there. My channel is set to public and it's connected to a valid email address. Has any one else had this problem. Thank you for your feedback. And don't work too hard out there.

You need to setup a custom link, your channel isn't "Normalgamingproductions" it's not taken yet.

Your channel link is NOT your channel name. It should be a long string of numbers and letters. You can find it in your channel settings, or go to your channel page to see it.
