why does my banner keep dropping quality (SOLVED)

I'm glad you solved it, but I create everything on my channel using Photoshop CS6 and save them as Files > Save As... > Jpeg > Maximum Quality ( 12 ) and never encounter that issue which is kind of odd in my opinion

No matter what I do my images are still blurry and low quality, when the actual image is HQ. I've done every. single. thing. that I've seen.

I've tried PNG, JPG, JPEG, PNG-24, and PNG-8, and nothing works. Can you help please?
