You said your upload speed is 30 MBPS, which is not nearly specific enough. Internet speeds can be measured in 2 very similar units. MBps and Mbps. MBps is MegaBytes per second, while Mbps is Megabits per second. An Mbps is an 8th of an MBps, and Mbps is also what internet speeds are most commonly measured in by ISPs. I think it's to intentionally be misleading and confusing.
So, much much more than likely, you are getting 30 Mbps, and that translates to 3.75 MBps. At that rate, it should take 273.07 (rounded up from 6 repeating) seconds to upload 1 gigabyte. That translates to about 4.5 minutes per gigabyte (I'm going to be estimating now) and so a 9-10 minute upload for your video...
Oh, that and, that has to be your download speed, which means you could download a 2.2 gigabyte video in 9-10 minutes. While a higher download speed would indicate a higher upload speed, it would not translate over to the same uploading speed. I recommend checking out speedtest.net, they'll measure both speeds for you. I get about 27.5 Mbps downloads, and 5.5 Mbps uploads on the other side (which isn't a bad speed at all). So I'm probably pretty close to you in terms of speed, and it would take me 3280 seconds to upload 2.2 gigabytes. That's 54.7 (another repeating 6) minutes.
On a final note, 2.2 gigabytes is waaaaayyyyyyy too big. Use handbrake, use lots and lots of handbrake. You can get it from handbrake.fr, it's a free video transcoder/compressor. It'll depend on the complexity of the video, but it can be as extreme of a difference as 10 gigabytes of edited footage being brought down to a more than reasonable 85 megabytes.
