Why do we get $0,- from video's with music that is not ours?

Music protected under ContentID, if you upload that without permission may be thwy will strike your channel.

As I remember, before (and maybe now) there was an option (in CMS) which allows MCN to monetize only video track (without audio) even if it has been claimed by content id.
