Why do most partnership networks have limited payment options?

I agree that this is a problem as I also live in a country where Paypal cannot be used for receiving money. I've searched quite a bit online to try to find networks that have other payment options. From what I've read, the networks that do pay via Western Union such as ForelaDigital or Cnation seem to have problems paying.

I've yet to experience any problems with paying my partners through WU, but most of them then changed to Bank transfer as it is way more sufficient than WU. But this hasnt been a problem as long as the information provided is 100% correct

I'm partnered with Fullscreen and their only visible option was Paypal. After I told them I couldn't use it they set me up for direct deposit instead.

Sometimes networks just don't show all of their options, which is weird, 'cause it would make more sense for them to advertise their options.

Qouting for truth! Considering the fact that there are literally like 100's of partnership networks out there, it would make more sense if they try to stand out instead of offering virtually the same things every other network offers.
