Why Can't I Add Custom Thumbnails To My Videos?

I have searched everything I could and can't find out, why cant I add custom thumbnails to any of my videos?

I got mine on day 1 of monetising

Sometimes it can take longer though. an older channel I had took about 45 days.

Set up monitisesation ( that may be spelt wrong)

Yeah, I also got mine on day one. But yeah, I think the only way to get it is to monetize your videos. I monetized my videos to get the extra features, and then disabled it right after. XD don't want to annoy my viewers with ads just yet.

That's interesting. When I launched my 2nd channel in May, I was able to enable monetization (and custom thumbnails) right away. Do any of your videos violate copyrights?
