Why are Subscribers so hard to get?

If you use annotations your subscribers will go up.
Check my channel videos for example. Even tho it's in dutch.

The reason the big gamers are big gamers is because they managed to capture an audience. They were once as small as you. They kept trying and going at it until they captured a big audience for themselves.
