Why are Subscribers so hard to get?

Agghh don't know why people want to cheat subscribers...
Just get them normally.. You will get more views that way
 
I am often noticing a trend with easily obtained subscribers comes a certain lack of success. Sometimes they are cheated and sometimes its because the channel got promoted by someone and the subscribers then never really come back to watch the content. I would rather have a small amount of subscribers and lots of views than lots of subscribers and a small amount of views.

Exactly! I rather have 20 active than 100 and only 10 active.
Also asking for subs or buying them is never an option. Just wait, make videos and subs will come.

Don't expect people to come to you! Go to the people! Put your videos in front of their face. Give them the opportunity to watch your videos and subscribe! Make subscribe annotations!!!
Acquiring subscribers is directly proportional to the amount of effort you put into your videos and marketing those videos!
