why are people so harsh?!!

Im just going to say it straight up, Dislikes are nothing. I am not going to give you some fake pep talk about how youre better than them or what not, but you probably will get double if not triple the amount of people liking your videos than you do disliking!
 
Well, the simplest explanation is that they just didn't like the video. Just disliking a video isn't especially mean, it's not like they commented. You can't please everybody but try to figure out how you can make it better next time.

This is the long and short of it essentially. If it makes you efel any better TC, I uploaded a Dark Souls video, and within 30 seconds of it going live, it had had a dislike.
 
Just don't let the Dislike bother you that's all I can say really. It either means that someone didn't genuinly like the video or someone is abusing the button. Just remember that you cannot please everyone.
