Yeah, I agree with Zephyr Wolf here, you might as well not do Minecraft videos, or gaming in general. There's a lot of really small channels and they just get washed away in the ocean of Let's Plays.
However, if you are going to do it, there is a chance you could make something out of it, so here's a few tips:
1. Be different. Nobody is gonna want to see you punching a tree like the hundreds of other people. Try something new like a modpack or something. I highly recommend the 'Life in the Woods' or 'Pixelmon' modpacks because they're just so different.
2. Have fun! If you aren't having fun making the videos, your audience isn't gonna have fun watching them. Take PauseUnpause for example. He's always playing games with friends, and low and behold, he has over half a million subscribers.
3. If possible try to stray away from everyone else. Sure you might not get as many people as you might want but atleast you'll get the people that matter. If they don't like your videos, then you wouldn't have wanted them in the first place.
