Who is your support network?

I just started and already have backlash from friends, family and co workers. It's best to ignore the people you see on a regular basis and just use yourself as support. I talked to myself out loud about what it is that I want to get out of this and that no matter what, I wasn't going to let people discourage me from what I am enjoying.
 
My family - mainly my wife but my kids also start to come with new ideas. Our parents also - their wishes and recommendations are with very high priority even higher than our viewers - bat that's the meaning of family channel I guess.
 
No one really, I have told friends and family... though they play no part in support of my channel. They'd just hold me back. But I keep going because I'm getting good exposure on Twitter and Facebook and so on, so that would be my support network.
