Who is Stem Digital Partner?

A few days ago I received a message on YouTube to join Stem Digital Partner. Who is this network? I don't plan on joining unless they are a really good network. I'm also surprised to receive an offer based on how small my channel is.
 
Stem Digital is a perfectly legtimate MCN network just like Maker, Machinima, TGN etc. They offer YouTube partnership with a base 70% revenue share (more for large channels). They are a new start up but they are a perfectly legitimate MCN.
