Who inspired you to start making videos?

I've Got It
I'm very curious to see what people post to this as a persons content usually somewhat resembles the youtuber who inspired them. I'm looking forward to seeing maybe some interesting answers as not all of us are inspired by the YouTube "legends".

I myself was inspired by PeanutButterGamer. Who inspired you?

I was inspired by Tim Burton movies like The Nightmare Before Christmas and Corpse Bride and such. But I think my biggest inspiration came from a single video on YouTube by the channel Zealous Creative. If anyone hasn't seen it, DO

I was inspired by one of my best friends, Greenyxi. I saw how much fun he was having making vlogs and LP's, and he made me want to join in on the fun (again).

One day Michelle was hanging out with her friend, who turned her on to Pinterest. She loved it.

I got a text at work about this pin she found, melted crayon art. Asked if we'd could do it someday. It seemed easy enough, so I surprised her that night with the supplies for it.

We made some jager bombs, and took a stab at it. Had a ton of fun, and it came out way better than either of us expected. We joked that we were probably the only people in the world drinking jager bombs and melting crayons :)

About a month later, we were kicking around the idea of a YouTube show, and thought we'd keep the good times rolling, and created Drink, Craft, Repeat! :)

It's always very interesting to see where peoples inspiration/ideas for making videos come from. All of your reasons were much better than mine. I was thought to myself one day, "I enjoy this type of content so much, why don't I just make my own?".

I think I was inspired to start vlogging from several vloggers I was watching at the time - Luke Conard, Kristina Horner, TheGridMonster, Meekakitty

Nobody inspired me, I just felt like uploading videos so I could share videos with friends and family instead of sending a whole file to each person.

Inspiration for me originally came from Two Best Friends Play but I originally wanted to start the channel just doing reviews for games. I didn't want to be like them and knew I never could. After a while I decided that I wanted to preserve gaming memories, in a similar way to SeaNanners and 2BFP. I want to reach a point where 1 day I can just sit down with a bowl of chips or cookies and something to drink and just watch through all the crap me and my friends got up to. The thought just brings a smile to my face and I want to share that with others. I originally wasn't going to do any solo videos at all after I wasn't too happy with how my Mark Of the Ninja video went (although being a stealth game it does require some extra focus, thus forcing me to be silent at times and people actually seem to like it a little) but I decided there needed to be some more 1 on 1 with my subscribers, just me and them sort of thing to make them feel more apart of Andrew's Gaming World and what it stands for. But yeah, most of the inspiration came from 2BFP as they were the 1s I was subsribed to for a long, long time, until I eventually found their Sw1tcher channel around 6 months ago?

I'd say a variety of channels, from any of The Creautres for the most part. I found I related to their humour and I just really enjoy watching any of their videos, so I decided to give it a shot.
