I just uploaded mine today (publishing tomorrow because schedule). It's a minute and a half. Nothing fancy - me talking into the camera - I just tried to talk about my general content and the community of subscribers that I have (and how awesome they are), since I'm still learning and my content isn't necessarily as good a selling point as my friends are. This is my... 35th video, I think, and I'm more than two months into uploading regularly. It took a long time for me to feel like I had a good enough grasp on my channel and what it's going to be to actually make a trailer.
Edit: What actually forced me to finally sit down and do a trailer was my first collab. My friend asked which video she should link to and it occurred to me that I should probably have a trailer.
