Which of these Desktops are best?

The GPUs in both are shameful.

If you're just looking for one for basic editing and web browsing, the 2nd one is fine. If gaming, I'd probably be able to find you a cheap enough good one :)

where would I be able to do that? I don't have a lot of money to upgrade anything

Anyways that PC is fine if you're not gaming, and it should work for some lower graphic games. It's not bad PC except for the GPU but I'd say go with it and upgrade the GPU later.

EDIT: they mentioned they're giving Far Cry 3 with it, care to tell them Far Cry 3 won't hold up that well with a 6450 even with a decent CPU and ram.. xD

what about the other ones i posted earlier? the only games i'd be playing is minecraft, I say gaming pc ad they are mega fast, id' be recording at the same time, with doing 1080p video editing and rendering, would any of them be decent enough? also, what is gpu if you don't mind me asking?

Graphics Processing Unit, or simply known as the "Graphics Card", when it comes to gaming, it's a major factor to consider. Although since your only doing Minecraft that PC you posted most recently should work fine with Minecraft and recording @ 1920x1080 and 1280x720. You should get decent FPS. ;) Also the CPU is some what good for the price and should be fine in rendering. :)

so it's better than the other ones ya? it says operating system not included so it seems a bit more to get the system i thougt it woulld have an os
