Well Freedom was able to give us a 90/10 split no contract. Though, Alloy said they would give us a 6 month trial contract and they said they would promote us on the smosh games facebook page and even put us as suggested videos under smosh and smosh games.

This is a first time a network gave us a plan on how they will promote us. It sounds like a fantastic deal yet we don't know it's just an empty promise so we join them.

Maybe having no network, at the growth we are at, may be better for us than joining on to begin with. What do you guys think?

At 90/10, Freedom isn't going to do anything beneficial for you.

Whatever Alloy says in their emails, make sure appears in the contract. Make sure to have a monetary penalty if they fail to delivery on their promise.

At 90/10, Freedom isn't going to do anything beneficial for you..

As 99% of other Networks.
No Network will help you grow or something until you are not big enough.
And even then, it's very unlikely it will happen, sorry to say.
