Wheres a good place to learn Editing

I would suggest LightWorks, there are dozens of tutorials and it is very new user friendly. I use it for editing on our videos and it hasn't failed yet.
Audio syncing when doing gameplay is easy. Just say "1 2 3" in to your mic while moving in the menu at the same time. Just match the sound with the movement then you are synced!

Honestly, it may seem like an obvious answer but just browse YouTube... Just get a topic or a style of editing you want to learn and watch a few different videos on it. Been doing that since 2012 and now I can confidently say that I can colour correction, white balance and so on.
