Where to look for ideas?

Some people say they get ideas by looking around Youtube. Where exactly do you look though? On the channels of big Youtubers? Random videos?

You can get inspired by both big and small youtubers, inspiration is every where also google is pretty cool haha also if you have social media you can ask people what they think would be good ideas oh and here!

I get my video ideas by watching small and big Youtubers videos.

It depends on your niche really for vlogs I guess the news could be a source of inspiration, you could search up whats trending too.

it doesn't have to be a copy of what they did, a lot of times a video I see inspires an original idea or I make a spinoff of what the first person did

I try to take inspiration by my life and things that are going on... which is probably why I do not post often enough lol

I just take notes all the time, I try not to copy from other youtubers but I definitely draw inspiration from them

Sometimes I get an idea that sucks, then I do the exact opposite of it, and it works pretty well.
