Just go to youtube, and download them from the free youtube library. It's free and easy, it does have lots of music especially made for intros and background and also contains a lot of sound fx.

A lot of Monstercat songs are copyrighted and can still be claimed regardless if you leave credit or not... the only ones you can use are the ones that say free in the title.
