Where To Draw Inspiration.

Honestly you gotta just have experiences. Do things. Or learn about something new. If you stick to your normal schedule you'll leave it up to chance for inspiration to arrive but if you go learn about something new, usually your brain will find a way to turn your experiences into ideas. Also try think about anything that you may know about that others may find interesting, or anything you care about substantially. Perhaps from time to time think about things you hate doing that you currently do and make a rant about it ;)

If you look at most youtubers whether they be sketch or bloggers (usually not referring to gamers though), you'll find they have x topic and they put their perspective on it. Finding x topic is derived from something interesting they know about in the first place. I'm not actually sure where I'm going with this and believe I am tangenting so I may just. stop. here.

I tend to find inspiration from a variety of sources but when you actually sit down to think about "where do i get inspiration?" - it is a topic that you can't really answer. Inspiration just comes to me, in the weirdest of ways and forms.
It is like the creative person's pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. The more you actively seek it, the harder it will be to find it. Instead of focusing on where to get inspiration just live your life and in time, it will come to you :)

^aboslutely aggree. I get ton of ideas from doing other things. Even watching other random videos on YouTube might give you an idea on how to do your own. I like to just keep up with my creativity. If something's bothering me, write it down or draw about it. Make some music. Talk to someone about it. Look at pinterst :P But seriously though! :)
 
My mind tends to just pop ideas out when Im doing other things. A good idea is to write ideas down, this way you have something to fall back on when inspiration doesnt come as easy.
 
Going for a walk is a great way to get some thinking time in. It's important to get the blood flowing and clear your mind. Ideas are everywhere. Read books, go hiking, talk to people. Use the most random every day scenarios or items as a starting place for brainstorming. Use the ideas around you, but be smart and work hard to make it your own.
