Well you could always use twitter or facebook to promote your videos. Also join other youtube forums and promote your videos there.

Well you have your basics Facebook, Twitter you have here in the right section (You need a video thing to buy at the YTTalk shop , I'd just get Vip for that) and there are many sites out there you could probably promote on though you'd mostly want to join their community first to make it most effective (just avoid reddit, some have good luck most do not leave that to your audience to share to)
