Ok so I just partnered with Fullscreen after Leaving ATV. I joined their network on the YouTube dashboard, went to video manager and saw this.

I've had this before. Usually, it's when I've used copyright content in my video. YouTube won't allow me to monetize it then. Maybe it has something to do with your soundtracks (if you used any)?

I dont have any copyright music, My music is made by my mates. They let me use it I signed a contract with them and stuff.

When I looked at your Social Blade, it said that you were with Awesomeness TV. When they release you from their CMS, they also have to release the claims on your video, and they probably didn't do that. It also means that Awesomeness TV is still making money off of your content.
